that it is hurting my back. How do other people keep good posture while at the keyboard?
Answer:
Try raising your monitor to eyelevel and get a more comfy chair,and slide yourself deeper in under the keyboard as to straiten your back,.Change your posture say once per hour
get a new chair and desk thats right for your height.
A good chair at the proper height, frequent breaks, and conscious effort not to hunch over.
