I went to a party then got drunk i don't remember passing out but i woke up in my house and my butt hurts why?

Um, is it possible someone put something in your drink, and assaulted you after you passed out? Talk to any friends who might have seen you or been with you last night. Your butt hurts...your buttocks or your anus? You could have just fallen on your ***. Or something worse could have happened.
