Answer:
I am always tired too. I slept from 9:00 pm saturday night until 2:30 sunday afternoon. I could've slept longer but I had to go to the restroom.
One of my relatives had that same problem. She would wake up from a nine hour sleep and want to go right back to bed again. We went to the the doctor and did several tests to find out why she was always so tired. When they finally figured it out they put her on a pill called provigil. All she has to do is take it every morning. She was always so tired because the part of the brain that tells her if she's awake or not didn't work so it thought that she always had to sleep.
You could have mono. You could be depressed. You could be pregnant. Or if you are young, you could just be growing. I wouldn't worry too much, but if it keeps on happening go see your doctor.
too much sleep. try forcing yourself to get up after 7 or 8 hours. works for me. 9 or more and i felt like i got about 5. maybe bad matress or something. might not be getting "good" sleep
go see your doctor.you may be getting too much sleep which can cause this or you may be iron deficient anemic...i am anemic ~ both iron deficient and b-12 deficient and it causes me to be extremely tired all the time...if you would rather not see your doc just yet and need some self help remedies you can go to your local pharmacy and get some vitamins..i have to take b-12, iron, and folic acid...however when taking folic acid your intake of supplemental folic acid should not exceed 1000 micrograms (1000 mcg or 1 mg) per day to prevent folic acid from masking symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency...i now take b-12 shots once a month and will have to for the rest of my life and get about 3 -4 units fo blood every two years
