If you have contact lens and dont have any solution can you use water ?

beauty, contact lens,
Answer:
You can if you need to but its best to use contact solution because water alone wont get rid of the dirt and protein on your contact lens nor will it disinfect them.
I've used water before, it tends to dry my eyes out, but it helps to keep the lens hydrated until you can get more solution. (get solution as soon as possible)
Water will work in a pinch, but it's not a good idea because the ph of water is not like that of tears. Water will irritate your eyes.Contact lens solution matches a person's ph and it helps keep your lens in good shape.
Yes, you can use water instead. Just remember to reduce the amount of bacteria in that water as much as possible so use very clean water. Use bottled water if it is available. I met a girl who uses saliva instead of the solution and nothing happened to her because she was used to it. However, do not take unnecessary risks. The key word here is HYGIENE
yeas with very littel amount of salt
u can use "bottled" water, but actually clear water is not actually a good choice, it'll not kill the bateria.
Do not use water, it will dry out your eyes, in some cases, the contact actually dried to the eye and had to be removed by a doctor. the best thing to do is find the Visine made especially for contacts, or go back to your doc. he may have a sample bottle
