If ur a teen and run alot..?

i run alot..on a tredmill and outside is that bad?in anyways??is it bad to run too much?can it stunt my growth?or anytihng?
Answer:
there is nothing wrong with exercising---running can effect your knees by wearing down the cartilage after awhile---speed walking is actually better for your joints. Your growth will not be stunted.
No but make sure youre not over stressing your body and that youre getting enough rest and nutrients. Always cool down and stretch before and AFTER, your body builds up something called lactic acid that needs to be controlled! Wear good quality shoes made for running and stay hydrated, you should be fine.
More kids should be active !!
