if you clean with windex for an hour one or two times, could the fumes hurt you?

i dont think, even though it contains, vinegar, a know acid its ph is so low and everything else in windex is harmless so i dont think so

Well, yes, it contains ammonia which can make you quite ill if inhaled long enough, without some fresh air.
